In recent weeks, where traditional Real Estate protocols were not available to us, Wes Davidson Real Estate and our valued clients have managed to make the very best of a difficult and often stressful situation. The first stage of easing the restrictions announced on May 11th by the Premier, Daniel Andrews, is a careful step towards business as usual. For prospective vendors, the good news is that auctions can now be conducted within the continued social distancing guidelines. Similarly, up to 20 people will be allowed to view a property while it is open for inspection, although density quotients may limit the number of people viewing the property at any one time.
