Further to our previous post, due to the Coronavirus, we have implemented extra risk management procedures which now include the suspension of open-homes until further notice.
We will continue to operate normally otherwise, conducting appraisals and inspections by appointment only.
Once again, if you have a scheduled appointment with any staff member and are showing any sign of illness, particularly those symptoms linked to the coronavirus, we respectfully ask that you cancel the appointment by telephone or email. This includes property inspections and face-to-face meetings, which we are happy to reschedule even on short notice.
